I kind of went way out with this sketch challenge FMS #752. I had a piece of cardstock that I had embossed some time ago with Barbed Wire 3D embossing folder by Honey Bee Stamps and I said, what goes with barbed wire? And I thought, chickens. And my sketch slowly came together.
My chicken is a die set by Impression Obsession. I added a sun from My Favorite Things called Full Sun. And the grass under the chicken's feet is a die by Impression Obsession. The sentiment is from Simon Hurley called Spring Chicken.
What a fun take on the sketch with that paper pieced chicken--too cute! I love how the barbed wire fencing helped you decide go use her! Thanks so much for joining Freshly Made Sketches this week!
