I made these two cards using a Freshly Made Sketch.  It is FMS #74 from 2013.  I've been surfing the net looking for various sketches and I came across this one and just loved the layout.  As you can see, I used it to make two sympathy cards, but I plan to use this same sketch for birthday and anniversary cards.
The two front panels are both spellbinder dies and the butterfly is from a BoBunny die set of three called "Flutter Dies".   I added some glitter to the butterflies. (Probably can't see it). The stamped image is an Inkadinkado stamp called Dogwood Flowers.  I colored the image with Derwent Inktense pencils.  I just started using these pencils and I really like the way the flowers looked after I colored them.
The sentiment is by My Sentiments Exactly.

Oh! Yes!
I also added a flower embellishment on each. They are Grand Adhesions Dimensional Stickers from K&Company.

My parents celebrated their wedding anniversary on July 17th and this is the card I made for them.  I used spellbinder dies for the corners and the sentiment tag.

Three years ago, they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. My siblings and I gave them an anniversary party and we surprised them with the renewing of their wedding vows!

My daughter and I made the invitations to the event and here is what they looked like.  My daughter used her Cricut machine to make the labels.

Sunday, July 3rd, was my husband's birthday.  He didn't want to do anything special so we had dinner at home after church. Nothing fancy.  Daughter, son-in-law and grandkids came over.  And his sister and her husband made a surprise appearance. It was nice.

This is the card I made for him.  I had to write in the greeting by hand.
(He does wear glasses so I wanted to say something funny).

All three stamps are by Stampabilities.
