Snowflake Skates
Hello everyone! Thanksgiving is over and Christmas is just around the corner! Here is another Christmas card that is going to be part of my cards to send out for this year. I'm using this week's sketch by Freshly Made Sketches #264. My paper is from a Christmas paper pack by DCWV. I added the snowflake dimensional sticker by Jolee's Boutique. I'm not quite sure who the sentiment stamp is by. It is part of a set of three.

Happy Couple
I wanted to showcase this card before November was over. This card I made for my son and daughter-in-law's 15th wedding anniversary which was in this month. The image is a digital stamp by Mo Manning. I just love her digital images!😊 It is called "Kitchen Dance". I colored it with
Caran d'Ache Pablo colored pencils.
The designer paper is from an Authentique paper pad called "Grateful". The sentiment stamp is from Stampendous.Monday, November 21, 2016
Season's Greetings
I've always liked looking at all the Mojo Monday sketches, so this time I decided to take part in one. This is sketch #475.
I really like the layout and it wasn't too hard to put together.
The paper I used is by Basic Grey called "Jovial". (These were some leftover pieces from last year's Christmas Cards). The stamp I used for the image is a Recollections stamp from Michaels and the sentiment stamp is by Inkadinkado; part of a set of clear stamps called "Warm Holiday Wishes".
Instead of a snowflake, I used a Jolee's Boutique embellishment called "mini pinecone bunches".
This card is the first of many more Christmas cards that I will be making!

Falling Leaves
It's almost Thanksgiving and I've been working on some Thanksgiving cards.
Here is one I made from a sketch by Freshly Made Sketches. It's sketch number 263.
The paper I used is by Little Yellow Bicycle called "Acorn Hollow".
The leaves were cut out with Spellbinder Dies and I sponged them with distressing ink.

On the inside I used a leaf stamp by Inkadinkado and stamped just off the edges.
The greeting was done on the computer.

I made these two cards using a Freshly Made Sketch. It is FMS #74 from 2013. I've been surfing the net looking for various sketches and I came across this one and just loved the layout. As you can see, I used it to make two sympathy cards, but I plan to use this same sketch for birthday and anniversary cards.

Oh! Yes!
I also added a flower embellishment on each. They are Grand Adhesions Dimensional Stickers from K&Company.
My parents celebrated their wedding anniversary on July 17th and this is the card I made for them. I used spellbinder dies for the corners and the sentiment tag.
Three years ago, they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. My siblings and I gave them an anniversary party and we surprised them with the renewing of their wedding vows!
My daughter and I made the invitations to the event and here is what they looked like. My daughter used her Cricut machine to make the labels.

Sunday, July 3rd, was my husband's birthday. He didn't want to do anything special so we had dinner at home after church. Nothing fancy. Daughter, son-in-law and grandkids came over. And his sister and her husband made a surprise appearance. It was nice.
This is the card I made for him. I had to write in the greeting by hand.

(He does wear glasses so I wanted to say something funny).
All three stamps are by Stampabilities.

Hello, It's Me!
Hello everyone! I know that I said I was back in the saddle again in July of 2015, Well...I fell off big time! So before it gets to be July 2016, I decided that I'd better post something.
I've been making lots of cards since then and I want to share them with you. A lot of birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and other events have taken place between July 2015 and now. So here are a few.
The stamp on this card is from "Stamps by Judith" called Sadie Bell & Otto Cat. I thought it was so cute. The cats kind of look confused like, "What did you say?"

Mother's Day card for my Daughter-in-law |
I made this card for my Daughter-in-law and this image does describe her. The young woman is relaxed and on her laptop. This is a digital image by Mo Manning. I just love it. It was colored with colored pencils and gamsol.
Birthday card for my mother. I used Spellbinder dies and pearls on this card. The layout is a Splitcoast Stampers one.

Birthday card for my mother |
These two cards are Mother's Day cards that I made for both my daughter and daughter-in-law.
The image is from C.C. Designs. Again it's another young lady on her laptop!
The one with the purple nightgown on was for my daughter (her favorite color...and mine too). And the one with the aqua or teal nightgown was for my daughter-in-law.
These are two cards I made for my father. One for his birthday and one for Father's Day.
The stamped images on the birthday card are from Impression Obsession. The stamped image on the birthday card is from Art Impressions. I just love their stamps.
